Care Bags Donated to Code Purple’s “Love My City Day”
St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church at 425 North DuPont Highway in Dover donated 30 Care Bags to Code Purple’s “Love My City Day” on March 6, 2021 in Dover. Pastor V. Anne Strickert of St. Andrew’s noted, “This Love My City Day care bags project is part of St. Andrew’s mission to serve the community beyond the walls of the church building.”
At this event, Code Purple Kent County Delaware will be conducting blood pressure and cholesterol checks and will distribute clothes, masks/gloves, food, household items and hygiene products.
